There is a wide selection of property in the area: properties with seaviews, mountain views, stunning modern hi-tech houses, traditional fincas, townhouses and many different styles of apartment. You will also find a broad range of prices: from small weekend get-aways to large castles!

Buying in Spain is straightforward: the whole process generally takes around 6 weeks.
  • After you've seen the property you want, you sign a contract with the seller to complete the purchase within 6 weeks. At this stage you will pay 10% deposit.
  • Within six weeks you and seller go to the Notary and pay the balance. The Notary is a government appointee who ensures title to the property is legally transfered and land registry records are updated.
If you require a mortgage, let us know early on and we will introduce you to banks who can quickly sort matters for you.

Property purchase transaction costs are approximately 12% of the purchase price, the bulk of which is government tax and Notary fees. These transaction costs are paid at the Notary when you complete the property purchase. We will give you an exact figure once you decide on your property.
